Its all about Speed

So, i managed to get Ubuntu installed and working on the G3 iMac (I cleaned it up as well, so much black gunk in it!)
It works, i boots in 5 minuets, but its SOOOOOOOOOOOOO DAAAAAMMMMMMMMMMM SSSSSSSSSLLLLLLLOOOOOOOOOWWWWWWWWWW!
I have to speed it up. Hopefully it will be quick, but i doubt it will be zippy.’

G3 Geek Gazzum

I was busy working, revising (yeah right) when my dad came back from the dump. He told me to look in the boot of his car and in the back was an orignall G3 iMac. All fully working. I plugged it into the mains, booted it up and up came Linux. Yes, some guy (at a workshop i think due to the amount of sawdust in it) had a working iMac G3 and took it down the dump. Its now in working order though, im just waiting for a new disk of Ubuntu to download. I CANT WAIT!!!
