It was sent to WinFM, but the radio station in Winchester received it two days after the threat was due to be carried out.”
Oh thats great. Good to see if anythings going to happen, the Terrorists try to send us a warning, but Royal Mail doesn’t seem to care about the “first class” stamp they paid 69p for.
